Pete Griffin is the President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona. He shares their solution about partnering with the 10,000 Solutions community on a challenge their organization faces regarding helping children facing adversity. Pete would like the 10,000 Solutions community to consider the following questions: How can mentoring be used as a tool to encourage students to pursue higher education?. Too many young people are without positive adult role models to help shape their worldview and provide opportunities.
