This solution is built on
A percentage of Foreign Aid money slotted for target Country such as Mexico will go to fund the student and the University taking part in the Educational Initiative. So, instead of dumping aid money on a country, we will target individuals and their development through education with a percentage of the aid money. The University will benefit, and we'll be sending an educated citizen back to Mexico to deverlop the country. The Education Initiative could work with any country, such as Somalia, where, instead of simply throwing money at the problems and not knowing where it ends up, (for example in the hands of blackmarket grain sellers) the aid money funds the most precious resource the country could have, an educated and committed citizen.
