Aramark/ Community Garden collaboration

My solution is to have the local on-campus community garden begin to work in collaboration with the current food distributor on the Polytechnic campus, Aramark. In order to achieve this a student initiative will be gathered to begin to plant, nurture, and maintain the crops we decide to grow. We will then take the harvested crops and use them in our own food in the union, so that the food that we are eating is not only fresh but from our own garden which is promoting sustainability and saves ASU a few dollars in the long run as well as teaching students agriculture and respect for the environment.
