Are YOU well?
To teach people about a multidimensional perspective of wellness rather than limiting our focus on emotional and physical health. We are often taught to think of our health as 2 dimensional, but in reality being well and nurturing our happiness requires us to think beyond emotional and physical health. According to the National Wellness Institute, there are 6 dimensions of wellness that contribute to our overall wellbeing and happiness that include the following:
1. Occupational
2. Physical
3. Social
4. Intellectual
5. Spiritual
6. Emotional
Learning about each dimension and applying it to our everyday lives will enable more people to take a holistic approach to their happiness and live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
