Cant Hear teachers in lecture halls

Teachers in lecture halls should be loud with out having to scream. They should be provided a Microphone and there should be some speakers. The louder the better because sometimes I find my self about to sleep because it is just too quiet also I cannot hear what the teacher has to say which is very important.
