WISE is a premiere leadership development program designed specifically for women.

Our purpose is to guide, gather and advance women who are going into fields that include science, technology, engineering, entrepreneurship, mathematics and management. Just as Girl Scouts strive to build girls of courage, confidence and character to make the world a better place, WISE builds a close community of intelligent, creative and innovative women.

We help other women on campus by helping them recognize their personal strengths and applying those strengths to reach their full potential, make positive changes, and become prominent leaders within our community.
