What happens to all those books that are read and then left to collect dust on the top, the more years the book goes unread. Once you read a book, the book is put on a shelf until it comes time to read again or be donated. What happens to someone who wants to read a book that may be an oldie but a goodie, where do you go to get a good used book for free?

I propose that there should be once a month used bookshelves on Hayden Lawn that allow ASU students to trade an old book for another book on the shelf. This is a great method that will allow others to read that good book that has been sitting on your shelf collecting dust! Books are meant to be read multiple times, not once and then sit for years. Let’s get good books rotating through readers!
