No More Crowded Sidewalks

So my solution is concerning the heavily crowded sidewalks in big cities or universities. It has come to my attention about this ever since I have come here to ASU since it is such a big school and the sidewalks are so crowded. There is a problem with this that I can relate to hands on because I ride a bike and a board to and from classes, and when I am there are so many walkers and they are so oblivious to everything that you have to be paying close attention so you don't hit them. So what needs to happen is that ASU and any other crowded cities or universities need to have half the sidewalk dedicated to a two lane bike and board lane. So the bikers, boarders, and scooterers can breeze right by all the walkers without having to worry about running over the oblivious walkers. It will make everything easier, faster, and less stressful for everyone.
