SafeSIPP

Health Solution by Lindsay F on April 24, 2012 at 10:43 PM

SafeSIPP is a more-than-profit venture simultaneously solving two problems facing rural communities in the developing world: transportation and purification of drinking water. SafeSIPP has integrated a three-phase water purification system into a barrel that activates as the barrel rolls across the ground. SafeSIPP will sell to non-profit organizations and social enterprises that have established connections and relationships with rural communities. Through the use of the purification system, a platform for micro-financing by selling additional purified water in the rural communities will be established.

I don't see where your transportation problem is defined within your video.
Also, a more effective demonstration would be to have one of the young females in your video pushing a 114 liter barrel back to her village, 30 minutes away. Would it take more than one person to roll the barrel to & from? Can one person successfully push the barrel especially when it's full?
