Skype Pals

When I was little I had a penpal from Finland. I found a website that let me create a profile and view other profiles of possible penpals. It gave us the common meeting place to exchange information and begin a friendship across the world. We wrote each other through snail mail for years. I think now as technology is rapidly increasing it would be great for there to be a place just like that, except you can exchange through Skype, or something similar. To have a virtual and visual connection would not only be awesome, but also a great way to network with others who share your same interests.
