T-Pad

Here in Arizona we have been plagued with extreme scorching heat. The large amounts of concrete absorbs the intense heat which it is unable to release in time during the night. This leaves many of the cities in the state exceedingly hot all the time. Therefore we have come up with an idea of a temperature pad, spray, and gel that would only absorb very little of the heat. This will allow for a much cooler city and the heat will be able to release much faster.
